How should I prepare for my skin treatment?

A detailed email is sent at the time of scheduling your appointment with a list of what to do and not do prior to your treatment. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment and sit in the waiting area near Door C or Door B.

Do I need to shave prior to a facial?

Shaving is not required for peach fuzz, or minimal lip/chin hairs. It is ok to have a full beard, I would recommend to not shave the skin the day of the treatment.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule any facial treatment to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Acceptable methods of contact are phone/text, email, and Square messaging. Please note, social media accounts and DM’s are not monitored daily and may not be seen until after the 48 hour window is completed resulting in a cancellation fee.

Do I need to take off my makeup before?

It’s recommended to remove your makeup, but not necessary. I will remove it prior to analyzing and treating your skin.

Is it ok if I come with unwashed hair?

Yes! It it likely that some product or oils will get in your hair, so washing it after a facial treatment is preferred by most.
